By using 6kdb (https://6kdb.best) for betting, gaming, or any other service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between 6kdb and each registered member.

6kdb services are available only to those who:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or meet the legal age requirement applicable in their country.
• Betting voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
• Those for whom online betting is not prohibited in their place of residence.
• Those who have not participated in, or do not intend to participate in, any fraudulent activity on the 6kdb platform.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering at 6kdb. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time and any balance in such accounts may be forfeited.

Key account rules:

Only one 6kdb account is permitted per household or IP address. If multiple accounts are found to be operating, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@6kdb.best.

Before placing any bets on 6kdb, read the rules for each market carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed — however, if the cash-out feature is active, you may exit during a live match.

If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 6kdb reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake. Deliberately exploiting technical errors to place bets may result in account suspension.

6kdb supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's major mobile financial services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit is ৳100.
• Deposits must be made from a bKash/Nagad/Rocket account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from another person's mobile banking account will not be accepted and may be forfeited.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases, with a maximum processing time of 30 minutes.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same number used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, with a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• If KYC verification is not completed, verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

6kdb offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

General terms for claiming bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once (unless otherwise stated).
• The welcome bonus is for new members only — anyone who has previously held a 6kdb account is not eligible.
• To withdraw a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bets placed with bonus funds generally require minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.

Bonus abuse:

If a bonus is abused or claimed fraudulently, 6kdb reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any associated bonuses and winnings.

6kdb complies with all applicable financial regulations and actively works to prevent money laundering. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is conducted for this purpose.

Documents required for KYC verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account.

KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals of ৳50,000 or more. Large withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC is complete. However, smaller withdrawals (up to ৳5,000) will continue to be processed normally while KYC is ongoing.

Any suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold for review. This is done solely to protect our members.

6kdb firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all our members to bet responsibly.

If you have a dispute with 6kdb, please follow the process below. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

Dispute resolution steps:

• Step 1: Contact us first via live chat or at support@6kdb.best — most issues are resolved right there.
• Step 2: If your issue is not resolved via live chat, submit a formal complaint by email. Including a detailed description of the incident, screenshots, and your bet ID will help us review your case faster.
• Step 3: If the issue remains unresolved via email, 6kdb's dispute resolution team will review the matter and deliver a final decision within 72 hours.

Any attempt to apply pressure through a third party before 6kdb's final decision takes effect may result in the dispute resolution process being suspended.

6kdb reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please request account closure and withdraw any remaining balance.

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect. In any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, 6kdb's interpretation shall be final.
